Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer whose information is provided below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER INFORMATION

Buyer information is the information provided by the Buyer during the order. This information can be viewed on the platform account page.

In this Agreement;

• Ministry: Ministry of Trade,
• Law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
• Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation,
• Seller: POLDY Human Resources Software Inc.,
• Buyer: Consumer who purchases digital services or starts a subscription,
• Platform: AstroKariyer website and mobile application,
• Service: Digital content and astrological career analysis services offered through the Platform,
• Subscription: Membership plans providing access to paid services for a certain period

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of digital services, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically through the AstroKariyer platform owned by the Seller, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the service subject to sale, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2 Nature of Service

5.1 Pricing

• The service fee is the amount specified on the order page.
• All prices include VAT.
• Prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY).

5.2 Payment Methods

• Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy)
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• Mobile Payment

5.3 Installment Sales

Installment sales with credit card are available. Installment options and rates are displayed on the payment page. Interest rates applied by your bank are valid for installment sales.

5.4 Invoice

E-invoice is sent to the registered email address after the order is completed and can be accessed from the account page.

• Digital services are made available immediately after payment confirmation.
• Subscription plans become active from the payment confirmation.
• Access to the service is provided through the platform account.
• In case of delay in access due to technical problems, the Seller immediately works to resolve the issue.

In digital content sales, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days before the performance of the content begins, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

7.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Email can be sent to support@astrokariyer.com
• Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel and Refund section can be used
• Written notification can be sent to the company address

7.2 Refund in Case of Withdrawal

• All payments are refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
• The refund is made in accordance with the payment method used by the Buyer.
• No fee is charged to the Buyer for the refund process.

According to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• In contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, services whose performance has begun after the consumer has given consent to waive the right of withdrawal
• If the performance of digital content has begun after the consumer's explicit consent and notification that they will lose the right of withdrawal

Your complaints are evaluated and concluded within 3 (three) business days.

Consumer Rights

In case of dispute; Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above this value.

Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.

Buyers with consumer status may exercise their rights under Law No. 6502 and apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in their province of residence.

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved by the Buyer electronically. A copy of the Agreement is sent to the Buyer's registered email address and can be accessed from the account page.

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all articles of this Agreement.
