Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the use of the AstroKariyer platform ("Platform", "Service") operated by POLDY Human Resources Software Inc. ("Company", "we", "our").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

The terms used in this Agreement have the following meanings:

• Platform: AstroKariyer website and mobile application
• User: Natural or legal person using the Platform
• Member: User who has created an account on the Platform
• Service: All features and content offered through the Platform
• Content: Text, images, videos, and other materials on the Platform
• Subscription: Membership plans providing access to paid services
• Analysis: Career assessments based on astrological data

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of our platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Each user can only create one account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Account Security

• You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in case of violation of this Agreement or suspicious activity.

4.1 Offered Services

AstroKariyer offers the following services:

• Personal astrological career analysis
• Compatibility score calculation (by profession and industry)
• Personalized career recommendations
• Daily, weekly, and monthly career interpretations
• AI-powered career coaching

4.2 Service Levels

5.1 Pricing

• Current prices are displayed on the platform.
• All prices include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
• Price changes do not affect current subscriptions, they apply in the next period.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card / Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy)
• Bank transfer / Wire transfer
• Mobile payment

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the period unless cancelled. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

5.4 Refund Policy

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain your account security
• Comply with laws and this Agreement
• Treat other users with respect

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Providing misleading or false information
• Unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Activities that jeopardize platform security
• Copying or distributing content without permission
• Sharing spam or harmful content
• Using the platform with automated tools (bots)
• Reselling services or using them commercially (without permission)
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

All intellectual property rights for content, design, logos, software, algorithms, and other materials on the Platform belong to or are licensed to POLDY Human Resources Software Inc. These rights are protected by Turkish Copyright Law No. 5846 and relevant international legislation.

Your use of the Platform grants you the right to view content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable.

The Platform is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.1 Termination by User

• You can close your account at any time from account settings.
• You can cancel your subscription at the end of the period.
• When your account is closed, your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Termination by Company

The Company may terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Illegal activities
• Long-term account inactivity
• Service discontinuation

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified through platform announcements, email to your registered address, or mobile app notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

11.1 Applicable Law

This Agreement is subject to and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

11.3 Consumer Rights

Users with consumer status may exercise their rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
